I started in Sales, moved into Sales Leadership and Operations Management, and eventually transitioned into Marketing, entrepreneurship and Advisory roles. Along the way, I led product divisions and launched profitable businesses providing services reaching customers across 27 countries.

But as I moved into management, I noticed a recurring disconnect. I wasn't just looking at individual performance anymore — I was looking at the systemic friction that prevents companies from reaching their full potential.
